These Apple Oatmeal bars are a healthy snack you can make to take on the go. They only take about 35 minutes to make and about an hour to completely cool before they are ready to wrap up and throw in your bag.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 3 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cup of Flour
- 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
- 2 cups of chopped Apples
- 1/4 cup of melted Butter
- 1/2 cup of Milk
- 4 Tablespoons of Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch dish with cooking spray
- Combine Dry Ingredients
- Combine Wet Ingredients
- Add Wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Pour evenly into baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Allow to completely cool ( about 1 hour ) before cutting and packaging for individual servings on the go.
