Are you craving a chocolate milkshake? This recipe is my go-to when I am really craving chocolate but do not want to totally use up all of my calories for the day. The protein in the Peanut Butter and the nutrients in the banana will also give you extra sustainable energy so you won’t have the sugar crash you would normally get from just eating some chocolate.
Ingredients
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 Tablespoon Powdered Peanut Butter
• 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Coco Powder
• 1 Teaspoon Agave
• 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you want it to be more like a frozen milkshake you can add ice or freeze the Almond Milk in an ice cube tray before using.
This recipe makes one serving and is about 200 calories.
