I will provide you with a complete physical assessment where we will assess your cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance abilities. Then, I will develop a customized and unique plan for you to follow based on the results of the assessment and the changes you are looking to create. We will reassess your abilities monthly to see where we have made progress and your plan will be modified to help you continue to make progress.
