Try this healthy, quick and easy one-pan recipe on those busy work nights.

Ingredients
- 4-5 4 ounce pieces of haddock
- 1/2 cup milk ( may use almond milk) optional
- 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic power
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Dash of pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter (melted)
- 1 bag of frozen Broccoli ( thawed)
Recipe Directions
- Optional – Soak haddock in the milk for about 20 minutes to remove some of the fishy flavor
- Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning and pepper ( you can add any other spices you enjoy that go well with fish.
- Add the melted butter to the breadcrumb mixture
- Place fish on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
- Cover the fish with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the broccoli on the pan, spray lightly with olive oil and season the broccoli with the same seasoning you used for the fish.
- Place in a 425 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
