Welcome to my library of workout videos. Here I will share with you videos of many of the classes that I teach and some that I designed for online viewing only. I will be frequently adding to this collection so please come back often.

Senior Functional Strength– In this workout video we will build muscular strength needed to help you with activities of daily living. We will use a lightweight ball, a resistance band with handles and a set of light-medium dumbbells. This workout is designed for seniors, however, anyone can benefit from performing these exercises. Balance – I hope to challenge everyone in this balance workout. We will use a small lightweight ball and a chair. Feel free to hold on to the chair as much as you need to to be successful. Also, please take breaks whenever you need them.

Senior Strength– This is a 45 minute strength workout using dumbbells and a resistance band. It also includes some exercises down on a mat.

Aqua Barre – In this Aqua Barre workout we will use a pool noodle. Barre is a workout that combines the elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and Strength Training to create long lean muscles. I have made this workout a little unique by adding a Tai Chi warmup in the beginning. I hope you enjoy it.

Chair Yoga– In this chair yoga video we will use a chair and a yoga strap. All poses will be done in the chair or standing. This practice will help you improve your flexibility, strength and balance. If you enjoy this video please subscribe and visit my website for more amazing resources.

Low Impact Cardio– This is a 40 minute Low Impact Cardio workout designed to get your heart rate elevated while being nice to your joints. No equipment is needed for this workout.
