The Get Moving Game is a great way to get your workout in when you are stuck at home, board with your traditional workout and want some more inspiration. All you need is one die and a set of light/medium weights and medium/heavy weights. This workout can also be completed with no weights or items that you have around the house.

Start by rolling the die and moving to the square indicated by the number you roll. Complete the exercise on that square and then roll again. This game may go quickly or slowly depending on your luck but try to play for a minimum of 30 minutes even if that means you play the game a few times.
