Here is a power cardio/strength workout you can do at home. EMOM stands for Every Minute on the Minute and the goal is to complete all of the repetitions in one minute and what ever time you have left is time for rest. Once the minute is completed move on to the next exercise.
You will need a heavy non-breakable object to be used as a slam ball, something to step up on (stairs or a low bench work well), light to medium weights and a resistance band. If you do not have these items feel free to improvise. The key is to just keep moving.
Be sure to start with a simple warm-up and finish with a full body stretch. Have fun and enjoy the workout!
