Here is a fun workout idea that can be used all times of the year, not just for Christmas. It is designed around the song ” The 12 Days of Christmas”. You will complete each exercise in order starting with #1, then do #2, 1, then #3, 2, 1, all the way to #12.
I have two different sets of exercises. One set that is completed while standing and the other set that is all floor exercises. You can choose which set you prefer or for more of a challenge complete them both.
All you need is 2 sets of dumbbells ( one medium-heavy set and one lighter set) and a medium size light ball.
The goal is to HAVE FUN! You can swap exercises out or make modifications to make this workout your own.
