This spinach & mushroom pizza recipe is a very simple meal for a busy weeknight. It only takes about 15 minutes to prepare and 10 minutes to cook. So, in under 30 minutes ( less time than it take to order take-out) you have a healthy meal that will satisfy the whole family.

Pizza Ingredients

Pizza dough

½ cup Pizza Sauce

1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese

1 bag spinach

img

4 mushrooms (thinly sliced)

1/4 onion (thinly sliced)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

2. Lightly oil the bottom of a pizza stone.

3. Roll out the dough so that it is about 1 inch larger than the stone and then roll up the sides to create a border of crust.

4. Spread sauce over the dough.

5. Lightly cover with the cheese.

6. Add the mushrooms, onion and spinach.

7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
