What Happens When You Book a Free Call?
A lot of people come to this call not knowing exactly what to say or ask. That’s completely fine. Here’s how it usually goes.
We Start Where You Are
We start by talking about where you are right now. Maybe you’ve been off track for a while. Maybe you’ve never really had a consistent routine. Maybe you’ve tried programs before and they just didn’t fit into your real life. All of that is useful information and none of it is anything to be embarrassed about.
We Talk About What You Actually Want
From there we talk about what you actually want. Not just “lose weight” or “get stronger” but what that would mean for your day to day life. More energy to keep up with your kids or grandkids. Less pain when you climb the stairs. Feeling confident in your own body again. Whatever it is, we talk through it honestly.
Then I’ll share what working together could look like, whether that’s online coaching through my Vitality Transformations app, one on one sessions in my private home gym in Schenectady, or virtual training over Zoom. We figure out together what makes the most sense for your schedule, your budget, and your goals.
We Figure Out Your Next Step Together
By the end of the call you’ll have a clear picture of your next step, even if that step isn’t working with me. According to the American Council on Exercise, working with a certified personal trainer significantly improves consistency and long term results. This call is your first step toward finding out what that looks like for you.
