Every client goes through the same five-step process. It starts with a real conversation and ends with a program built specifically for you.
Step 1 — The Clarity Call (Free)
A conversation by phone, Zoom, or in person — whatever feels most comfortable for you. In 30 minutes you will get clear on exactly what has been getting in your way, what your body actually needs right now, and what a realistic path forward looks like for your life. We talk about where you are, where you want to go, and what getting there could actually look like. You leave with clarity whether you work with me or not. No pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation.
Step 2 — The Real Life Assessment (60 Minutes)
Before we touch a single workout we figure out what your body actually needs. In a full hour together we look at strength, mobility, cardio capacity, and body composition — whatever is most relevant to your goals. This is a complete picture of your starting point, not a generic fitness test.
Step 3 — Your Custom Real Life Personal Training Program
Based on your assessment I build a program designed specifically around your body, your schedule, and your goals. Not a template. Not something pulled off a shelf. Yours. It lives in your personal Vitality Transformations app so we can track everything and you always know exactly what to do.
Step 4 — Training Together
We meet weekly — in person at my private gym in Niskayuna, NY or live over Zoom — and we train together. Every month your program evolves based on how your body is responding. I watch the data, adjust the plan, and make sure you are always moving forward. Weekly sessions are the standard because that is where real results happen.
Step 5 — The Check-In System
For weekly clients I check in midweek — a quick touchpoint to see how you are feeling, troubleshoot anything coming up, and keep your momentum going between sessions. Because life will try to get in the way. That is what I am here for.

Your Journey Has Four Phases

This is where the real work happens. Weekly sessions, monthly program progressions, and the gradual introduction of new habits. We are actively building something new — and weekly consistency is what makes it stick.
Phase 3 — Maintain
You have built the foundation. Now we sustain it. Sessions become less frequent as your habits take hold and fitness becomes part of your life — not something you have to chase.
Phase 4 — Reset
Life changed. A new season began. Goals shifted. This is not starting over — it is a conscious redirect. We reassess where you are now and what this new chapter calls for. No judgment. Just a fresh start with everything you have already built.

Weekly clients get the app included at no extra charge. For everyone else the app is $50/month and is required for all programs — it is how we track your workouts, monitor your progress, and keep your program current.
