My 6-Day Meal Plan Strategy
You will notice that each weekly menu only covers 6 days. I intentionally leave one day every week completely open. This is my day to enjoy a meal out at a favorite restaurant, share a Sunday dinner with family, or simply eat whatever I’m craving. I encourage you to use your “7th day” to do the same—life is meant to be lived!

These plans are meant to be a flexible guide, not a rigid set of rules. Feel free to:
- Swap Ingredients: If you don’t like kale, use spinach. If you prefer chicken over tofu, make the switch!
- Shuffle the Days: If Tuesday’s lunch looks better on Monday, move it around.
- Listen to Your Body: Adjust portion sizes and ingredients to fit your unique needs and preferences.
