Here is a Valentines Day inspired workout. You will complete each exercise for 40 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Have fun and repeat this workout as many times as you wish. Even better, get your loved one to do this one with you!

Alternating Lunges

Overhead Press

V-ups

Elbow Side Plank

Front Raise

Incline Bench Chest Fly

Toe Touches

Narrow to Wide Squats

External / Internal Shoulder Rotation

Single Arm Bicep Curl

Stability Ball Glute Bridge
