Prep tips for your July meal plan

Friday night: marinate the chicken

Marinate Saturday’s bone-in chicken thighs Friday night. As a result, the BBQ chicken has maximum flavor when it hits the oven.

Saturday: save the leftovers

Make extra BBQ chicken, corn and slaw. Then, Monday’s dinner is an easy reheat.
